Lost and found resources
Note: If you have lost or found a pet, post the pet’s information on all appropriate sites to increase your chances of a match.

  • Lost pets – a comprehensive information resource from mycommunityinfo.ca focusing on London/Middlesex and southwestern Ontario. How to search for a lost pet, flyer templates, contact info for area shelters and media outlets, links to on-line resources, prevention tips, special tips for bird-owners.
       

     

  • Internet Lost and Found – report a lost or found pet; or if you’ve lost a pet, you can see if someone has reported it found; or if you find a pet, you can see if someone has reported it lost.
       

     

  • Strays.ca – free Canadian posting service for lost and found pets. Includes animal control contact information for Ontario municipalities.
       

     

  • PetPostings.com – on-line search service for lost and found pets – Canada and US. Post info about your lost (or found) pet free. Many Ontario shelters post photos of their cats and dogs here.
       

     

  • Petfinder.com – post info about your lost (or found) pet free.

Animal Aide has now included our own ‘Lost Pets’ page dedicated to helping reunite lost pets with their owners. Be sure to include a photo and all information regarding your lost or found pet to be included. Together, anything is possible.
