Finnigan at Home 10-28-09Hi

My name is Allan Lindsay. About 7 mths ago my girlfriend and I talked about getting a pet for myself for times when she is at work. A dog wouldn’t work since I work alot and cannot always be home. So at that time I quit my night shift job which was playing havic with my schedule and found a day job that I love so much. And so her gift to me for finding a new job was a cat, she herself has adopted 5 and they all live with her and her family. So one night we decided to head to pet smart to take a look at what they had, little did I know she and her mom had been to pet smart earlier and saw a cat that would fit my living habits, he had just arrived that day. So she took me to show me him ( Finnigan ) as soon as i saw him i told her thats the one i want. Now seven months later he and are good buddies and enjoy watching movies, playing and just relaxing. He still eats like no tomorrow. He sleeps at the end of my bed every night and when i am at work he plays under my bed or sits and watches his roommate, Sheldon (turtle). He is also very excited every time i get home from a long day at work as he greets me at the door every time and rolls on his back and i rub his belly ( enjoys this every time).

I just wanted to thank you for taking him to pet smart for someone like myself to adopt such a loving cat. Attached is a picture of him and I.

Thank you very much,

Allan and Finnigan (xoxo)

My Story:

Oct 24 2009Annie came unexpectedly into my life in February as a foster. She was very shy of people, after having been abandoned by her owners. We took to each other quite quickly. Over the months, I have watched her become more outgoing and full of life. She is no longer so shy with others and is quick to let me know when she needs attention or a belly rub. She has this adorable way of letting me know if I spend too much time on the computer, by using her head to push the keyboard tray back under the desk. This is her way of telling me that she needs attention too! She is very sweet and I now look forward to coming home from work, just to see her. I have now adopted her and look forward to many happy, interesting years with her.July 10 2009 3
