nacar-at-home-2.bmpDonna,

He is doing very very well.  He is eating, and all other attendant things, well.  His best friend, Lisa, spent a good amount of time brushing him and his coat just gleams.  He is indeed a ’suck’; loves to be petted; flops to get his belly rubbed; follows me around; calls to me when out of sight for reassurance. In other words, he is a lot of fun and is turning into a wonderful pet/companion.  Bibs still gets a bit skittish at times – does not like loud noises or high-pitched voices – and runs for the security of the cave under the bed or chair when he feels he is threatened.  This event is becoming less and less and so I am heartened. To give you some evidence of just how relaxed he is, Lisa took the attached picture last evening. Will keep you posted on any new developments.

Regards,

Judy

tootsie-at-home-2-9-08-2.JPGtootsie-at-home-2-9-08.JPGI just wanted to say ‘hi’ to my friends at Animal Aide, and let you know how I’m doing. My name is Lia, but I was known to you at Animal Aide as ‘Tootsie’. As you can see, I have lots of toys and even a piano to lie on to look out the window. Thank you for rescuing me from the pound and looking after me so well so I could find a new owner to adopt. Please keep up the good work and keep rescuing cats and kittens so the can find loving homes.

Thanks so much!  Lia

Hi Donna;

Just wanted to give you an update on Lia (Tootsie) who I adopted a year ago. She is a wonderful girl and continues to bring happiness to my life. She is always so happy and playful and has adapted wonderfully. Thank you again for such a beautiful cat.

Hailey

hailey-2007-4.JPGThank you, thank you, thank you! We adopted Hailey on Tuesday Jan 29. She was a very skiddish little girl but now after almost a week is coming out of her shell and is a joy to have around. I think her favorite thing to do besides eat is to run as fast as she can and mess up all the scatter mats in the house, and pull out as many toys as she can.

Again, thank you.
